WHEN A NEW WALLET VERSION IS INTRODUCED - FOLLOW THESE STEPS

STEP 1 - Make sure you have a saved backup DAT FILE

Users should have a saved DAT FILE from their existing wallet.
                  Locate this file before proceeding.

STEP 2 - Delete existing wallet

Go to your computer search bar and type in %appdata% to locate the
               roaming folder.

BEFORE YOU DO THE NEXT STEP – MAKE SURE YOU HAVE LOCATED A BACK UP      WALLET.DAT FILE PREVIOUSLY SAVED SOMEWHERE – YOU WILL NEED IT

Once inside the roaming folder – right click to delete the Next Level Africa folder.

STEP 3 -  Download new wallet from the NLA website

The C-wallet is downloaded to members computer.

C-wallets will not download to ipads or smart phones.

You will be downloading a zip file - you must have a zip file opener installed on your device before you begin.

To find a free zip file opener for your operating system google "free zip file opener for " (enter your own OS)

     1.      Log in to your primary NLA account through www.nextlevelafrica.com

     2.      Click the link above the left menu column to download to windows OR to mac

      3.      Download the zip file

      4.      Once download is complete click the box at the bottom of your screen to open
               the zip file

      5.      Once zip folder is open, double click on the Next Level Africa application and
               allow it to run.

The new grey c-wallet will pop up and open.

      6.      The wallet will be empty and out of sync.  That is fine for now.

      7.      Pin the grey icon to the taskbar.

INSERT YOUR SAVED BACK UP DAT FILE INTO YOUR NLA FOLDER ON YOUR HARD DRIVE

     1.      Do a search for %appdata% to find the roaming folder.
Open the roaming folder and you will see the NLA folder.

      2.      Open this NLA folder and you will see either a "wallet.dat" or a "wallet" file.
(Depending on your computer settings, it could have either name)

      3.      You now also need to locate your wallet backup from where you saved it.

      4.      IF your file in the NLA folder says wallet.dat that means that you will need to
RE-NAME your wallet backup to wallet.dat (if it is named just "wallet" or
anything else) BEFORE placing it back into this folder.
The file you paste into the NLA folder is to replace the file that is in there, so it
must have the exact same name.

       5.     Once your wallet backup file has been re-named (if necessary), right click on
the file, click copy and go back to the NLA folder.  In the WHITE SPACE under
the text in the window, click paste.

The new wallet.dat file will now be replaced in this roaming folder.

NOTE – IF YOUR FILE IN YOUR NLA FOLDER IS CALLED WALLET (NOT WALLET.DAT)
THAT IS WHAT YOU NEED TO NAME YOUR BACKUP BEFORE PASTING INTO FOLDER.

      6.       Close your tabs. Click on the NLA icon on your task bar to reopen your wallet.

      7.       Wait for syncing to take place then check in Receive Coins to verify that all of
your addresses are there once again.

Because this is a brand new wallet, sync could take up to 24 - 48 hours.

STEP 4 - BACKUP

Backing up the NEW wallet data is recommended.  It is this backup file that contains all the
data from your wallet - the addresses, transactions and most important - the record of
                COINS ON HAND

      1.      Click FILE > BACKUP WALLET

       2.      Save wallet.dat (the backup file) to a flash drive and/or to a folder.

       3.      Email this file to yourself so you can have access to it later if need be.

(this file is a data only file, it can not be opened)

SAFETY AND SECURITY (PASSPHRASE & BACKUP)  - PLEASE READ!

If you do lose or forget your passphrase there is no one else anywhere who has it,
so the C-wallet can not be opened.

Next Level Africa does NOT have your passphrase (more security) so it is up to

each individual member to keep track.  THIS IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT!!

If you have coins in your C-wallet and you can’t access it - those coins are lost.

Next Level Africa DOES NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THE PASSPHRASE CHOSEN.

IMPORTANT >> Members who do not keep a copy of the wallet.dat file on a flash drive
and/or have a copy emailed to themselves are in danger of losing all wallet data
(addresses and coins) and these can not be recovered by NLA.
