PAYMENTS FOR UPGRADING
WILL I HAVE RECEIVED PAYMENTS BEFORE I HAVE TO UPGRADE TO THE NEXT LEVEL?
No one ever HAS to pay anyone. Upgrading to the next package is completely optional and can be
done at any time. As soon as you upgrade and pay, you are now eligible to receive on that package
level. The BEST plan is to turn your automatic upgrades to ON in your back office.
SHOULD I TURN AUTOMATIC UPGRADES ON OR OFF?
This can vary. They are pre-set to ON. It is convenient to have automatic upgrade turned ON so you
will be upgraded to the next package as soon as there are funds in your e-wallet. You might want to
turn it OFF to accumulate funds to withdraw. Just remember to leave enough funds in the e-wallet to
purchase the next package when you are ready.
DO WE HAVE TO MAKE 2 PAYMENTS, ONE TO THE MEMBER AND ONE TO THE ADMIN?
No. The system is designed to separate your payment and send the correct amount to each
receiver.
E- WALLET (found within your NLA account)
THIS IS NOT YOUR C-WALLET (see information on the C-wallet in the NLA COINS tab above).
IF I WANTED MY WIFE TO SIGN-UP CAN SHE USE MY E-WALLET AS HER PAYMENT OPTION?
No. Her NLA account will come set up with it's own e-wallet. You can transfer from one to the
other at any time.
WHAT CAN I USE TO FUND MY E-WALLET?
All funding is done using NLA crypto currency (more information on NLA COINS in the tab
above)
I FUNDED MY ACCOUNT - WHY DOES MY ACCOUNT STILL SHOW AS A FREE ACCOUNT?
You will be listed in NLA as a FREE account. This will not change until AFTER you have upgraded
to Package 1.

WHAT LINK TO USE TO PROMOTE NLA?
You have 2 options:

WHY SHOULD WE ALL USE ONE LINK?
With everyone joining under the team link, we all fall into place evenly row by row in the team
matrix.
What normally happens when people share their own links (rather than the team link) is - some
share with many, some with a few and some with no people at all, which makes the matrix grow
very unevenly and is not very successful.
WHY DID I NOT GET AN EMAIL BACK WHEN I TRIED TO VERIFY MY EMAIL ADDRESS?
If you aren’t receiving your e-mail verification reply, check the email you have on file in your
NLA account to make sure it is correct.
If it is correct, check your spam box. If there is still no verification email, it means your email
provider is not receiving messages from the NLA server.
You can enter a new e-mail into your NLA account (gmail is best) and verify that one.
WHY IS MY EMAIL VERIFICATION CODE NOT BEING ACCEPTED?
Make sure you are entering the verification code that came to you in your verification email.
Do NOT enter the code from the “personal details” page. That is just a capcha verification.

I CAN'T LOG IN, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If you are entering the correct username, it means your password is probably not working.
Request a new password with your account email address.
WHY ARE THERE SPELLING ERRORS ON THE SITE?
There will be some spelling errors and other type of inaccuracies on the site right now, we are
still early. Proofreaders are going through the site and will be giving a list of changes to Noel
to pass on to the programmers. So, don't worry, this will all be sorted soon!
HOW DO I SEE MY DOWNLINE?
Click MY TOOLS > HIERARCHY to view the complete colour coded matrix.
WHY DON’T I HAVE ANY DOWNLINE?
If you are showing no downline, it just means no one has fallen into the level under you yet.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN “LEVELS” VS “PACKAGES”?
Levels are the lines in the matrix ... the lines of people.
Level 1 has 3 positions in it, Level 2 has 9 positions in it, Level 3 has 27 positions … etc .
Those are levels.
Packages are the products we purchase through NLA.
There are 6 packages that we can purchase starting with package 1 for 15 NLA coins.
So when you are referring to what you purchased always refer to Package, not Level.
