The Compensation Plan is a 3 x 6 matrix

Level 1 - 3 positions

Level 2 - 9 positions

Level 3 - 27 positions

Level 4 - 81 positions

Level 5 - 243 positions

Level 6 - 729 positions

NOTES:

You are paid as each spot is filled under you and the member upgrades.
Upgrading to Pkg 1 and Pkg 2 is done by members manually through the back office.

After you have manually upgraded to Pkg 2, if you have your account set to Auto Upgrade
the system upgrades you to the next package as soon as you have sufficient funds (NLA Coins)
in that account.

REMEMBER – if you wish to keep ALL the earnings for any Package then you can TURN OFF
the Auto Upgrade! However, you will not advance to the next package so it is advised to leave
it on for maximum income potential.

Packages can only be purchased with Next Level Africa Coins (NLC). NLA has secured Next Level
Africa Coins for $1USD + 10% fee per coin for Purchasing NLA Packages.
A Level 1 Package is 15 NLC = $15 USD + 10% fee= $16.50 USD

When Members withdraw NLC from their c-wallets to CEX they will be converted back to USD by trading for DUC (Digital Unit Currency) on the exchange. 1 DUC = $1 USD for withdrawal NLA has arranged that members will have a Guaranteed Minimum Value of $1USD per coin buyback.

HOW IT WORKS

PACKAGE 1 Is purchased for 10 NLC + 5 NLC admin fee = 15 NLC annually. You are then qualified

to receive commissions on 3 sales earning you a total of 30 NLC.

This means when you have 3 members under you (on your line 1) that upgrade to

PKG 1, you receive 3 x 10 NLC = 30 NLC.

If you are on Auto Upgrade the system will then use 25 NLC to purchase Package 2

and you will have 5 NLC available to withdraw to your c-wallet.

NOTE: In order to qualify for upgrade to Package 2 - you must have either a Crowdfunding Project

page of your own or be Piggybacked onto another member's project.

PACKAGE 2 Is purchased for 20 NLC + 5 NLC admin fee = 25 NLC annually. You are then qualified

to receive commissions on 9 sales earning you a total of 180 NLC.

This means when you have 9 members under you (on your line 2) that upgrade to

PKG 2, you receive 9 x 20 NLC = 180 NLC.

If you are on Auto Upgrade the system will use 125 NLC to purchase Package 3 and

you have 55 NLC available to withdraw to your c-wallet.

PACKAGE 3 Is purchased for 100 NLC + 25 NCL admin fee = 125 NLC annually. You are then qualified

to receive commissions on 27 sales earning you a total of 2700 NLC.

This means when you have 27 members under you (on your line 3) that upgrade to

PKG 3, you receive 27 x 100 NLC = 2700 NLC

If you are on Auto Upgrade the system will use 1250 NLC to purchase Package 4 and

you have 1450 NLC available to withdraw to your c-wallet.

PACKAGE 4 Is purchased for 500 NLC + 750 NLC admin fee = 1250 NLC annually. You are then

qualified to receive commissions on 81 sales earning you a total of 40,500 NLC.

This means when you have 81 members under you (on your line 4) that upgrade to

PKG 4, you receive 81 x 500 NLC = 40,500 NLC

If you are on Auto Upgrade the system will use 2500 NLC to purchase Package 5 and

you have 38,000 NLC available to withdraw to your c-wallet.

PACKAGE 5 Is purchased for 1000 NLC + 1500 NLC admin fee = 2500 NLC annually. You are

then qualified to receive commissions on 243 sales earning you a total of 243,000 NLC.

This means when you have 243 members under you (on your line 5) that upgrade to

PKG 5, you receive 243 x 1000 NLC= 243,000 NLC

If you are on Auto Upgrade the system will use 17,000 NLC to purchase Package 6 and

you have 226,000 NLC available to withdraw to your c-wallet.

PACKAGE 6 Is purchased for 7000 NLC + 10000 NLC admin fee = 17000 NLC annually. You are

then qualified to receive commissions on 729 sales earning you a total of 5,103,000 NLC.

This means when you have 729 members under you (on your line 6) that upgrade to

PKG 6, you receive 729 x 7000 NLC = 5,103,000 NLC.
